The publication director, within the meaning of Article 6-III of the LCEN, is the legal representative of 0x Technologies LLC. They are responsible for both the marketing site hoofbook.app and the platform go.hoofbook.app.

3. Hosting providers

Hoofbook relies on three distinct hosting providers: one for the marketing site, another for the platform's web application, and a third for the databases that hold personal data. This distinction is made to meet the disclosure obligation under Article 6 of the LCEN, as hosting personal data carries specific obligations.

4. Sales conditions — Merchant of Record

Hoofbook subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as the official reseller ("Merchant of Record"). Paddle is the seller of Hoofbook subscriptions: it issues invoices, collects applicable VAT (EU and Switzerland) and appears on the customer's bank statement. Paddle is registered in the United Kingdom — Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT — and publishes its own terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms .

5. Intellectual property

All elements on the marketing site hoofbook.app and on the platform go.hoofbook.app — text, images, illustrations, logos, trade marks, page layouts, source code, application user interface, data structures, diagrams, screen designs and icons — are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the Publisher's prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Third-party trade marks mentioned (Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Mapbox, HERE, Paddle, Sentry, Resend) remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data collected on the site and on the platform is described in the privacy policy . The terms governing the processing of data entered by farriers about their own clients are set out in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) .

7. Cookies

Cookie usage on the platform is detailed in the cookie policy . The marketing site hoofbook.app does not use any cookies or third-party trackers.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This site and the platform are intended for an audience residing in France. The contents are subject to the mandatory provisions of French law applicable to online public communication services. The contractual terms between the Publisher and the user are governed by French law; any dispute relating to the use of the Service falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court (Tribunal de commerce de Paris).
